Band BioShards of Seven is a modern hard rock band formed in August of 2001. It is a hand picked culmination of Denver's most talented and entertaining musicians. Shards of Seven features internationally renown guitar virtuoso Danny Masters, local hotshot front man, Chad Martin and the notorious rhythm section of Erik Grove and Greg Blankinship. Shards of Seven was put together when local promoter/manager, Barb Dye, needed a band to fill a slot for a major festival in California. After rave reviews, as well as making the cover of Los Angeles' famed Rock City News, Shards decided to stick together. Since then, they have played several key shows from which they have received excellent reviews, as well as feature articles. They have also begun work on their first cd at Denver's highly acclaimed FTM Studios. The guys have known each other for years playing in rival bands. Combined they have played with over sixty national acts including...Great White, Tesla, Vince Neil, Ted Nugent, Cinderella, L.A. Guns, Quiet Riot, Hardline, Piston, Trixter, Danger Danger, Sweet F.A., Leatherwolf, Jag Panzer, Britney Fox, Roxy Blue, VAIN, TNT, Riot, Dope, Shotgun Messiah, Dokken, Every Mother's Nightmare and many more!
